I’m resurrecting my blog and newsletter to more regularly communicate with those of you who have been following me, some for quite a few years! As a solopreneur, it can be tricky to keep up with all the latest algorithm requirements of the interwebs and if you’re introverted, like me, shouting into the void does not appeal AT ALL!

As a lifelong learner, it’s not unusual for me to be taking classes/trainings/continuing education type experiences on a regular basis. It’s not because I don’t already have a robust set of skills with which to help folx, but rather a nod to a fundamental part of my personality and how I flourish. My mind is curious and my thirst for knowledge great. My most recent accomplishment comes after a rigorous year and a half experience with The Coaching Guild and Lisa Marie Hayes. I am now “officially” a certified Life Coach.

I’ve been working with clients regularly for years, often in a coaching capacity, along with energy, crystal, and sound healing to more fully support the whole human being. The difference now is that I have the option for you to work with me in a coaching capacity directly or in addition to my other modalities. I get it, not everyone buys into the more spiritual aspects of the work I do. You don’t have to for us to work with each other effectively. I do ask that you show up with an open heart and mind and willingness to try a different way of moving in the world.
